Hart, JR. to Mr. David H. Stafford, Escambia County Supervisor of Elections on January 12, 2006 and April 17, 2006 for the Committee for Community Maritime Park) and 106.055 Valuation of in-kind contributions.—“Any person who makes an in-kind contribution shall, at the time of making such contribution, place a value on such contribution, which valuation shall be the fair market value of such contribution.”;

      Section 106.07 (13)(5), Florida Statutes, J. Mort O’Sullivan, III, Treasurer of the Committee for Community Maritime Park did falsely “certify the correctness” of the Q4 Report “knowing that such report is incorrect, false, or incomplete….”;

      SOC is spamming the site. Putting this comment on all park-related posts. I’ve asked Community Martime Park supporters to respond.

    7. routzen Says:

      See “CMP responds to SOC attack” post for CMP response.

    8. Raymond Says:

      Actually this is so FAR from the truth, there is no truth in sight!
      Our children have to move away to get GOOD jobs, not service jobs created by quinty, to keep them at the economic level that enables him and his ilk to stay in power.
      Picnics??? Plenty of places to picnic around(though some of us are far too busy “working” to support all of the purr) in this town. So which do you want , us to work to pay for health care, or for us to picnic each WX???
      Concerts?? Hell the civic center can’t even make $$, How will this.
      And one last thing…. Ever try to park downtown???
